The DOD MOU 4.d.(1) requires schools to direct service members to consult with their respective Military Education Center/Military Counselor prior to registering in classes. Pre-enrolling in classes to save your seat is allowed and you will need to do so to identify the part of term (start and end dates) when requesting Tuition Assistance (TA). If TA is not approved, service members can drop classes prior to the posted drop date or self-pay for classes.
